CLASS ASSIGNMENT NOTIFICATION FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR
All families are strongly encouraged to register and update their Parent Portal account. Through the use of the Parent Portal, parents have the ability to be notified of their child’s new teacher, update student emergency records, print their child’s report card, and download important documents directly from the portal.
Beginning this summer, having an updated Parent Portal is more important than ever because it is how you will be notified of your child’s new teacher for the 2017-2018 school Year prior to Opening Day (8/22/17). Information regarding your child’s new teacher and room number will be available for you to access through the Parent Portal on August 21, 2017, after 3 pm.
To update or activate your Parent Portal, simply log onto
https://sites.google.com/a/capousd.org/parent-and-student-portal/ where you will find directions for updating your Parent Portal account. If you have not created an account, please ask your school’s office staff to assist you.
