Testing, Testing and More Testing!
Parents we thank you for protecting the next few weeks from distraction for our Lions. They are working hard and have been prepared! Our Lions, grades three through five have or will begin their participation in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP). We thank you for making sure that they get a good night’s sleep and a nutritious breakfast each day, and a word of encouragement. Please remember that testing can be stressful on our students. Your support and encouragement will make all the difference.
Bladder Exstrophy is Nothing to Quack About Fundraiser
One of our awesome Lions is leading the charge in supporting John Hopkins Hospital Research fighting Bladder Exstrophy. On Wednesday mornings rubber duckies will be sold for $1.00 and 100% of the proceeds will go to the hospital. We thank you in your partnership for this!
It’s that time of year for 2019-20 Planning! The team and I will be in our first phase of 2019-20 classroom placements. Every year we get together and review classroom data, social-emotional needs, and other factors. As in past years, we will continue to provide a parent input form for any particular needs. Please note that we do not take specific teacher recommendations but would like hear any specific needs that you may wish to discuss for your child. (Please see attached) Forms are also available in the front office.
